This booklet can be printed on 1 sheet of A3 paper and folded in half to fit in students exercise books. It covers all short and long term effects of exercise of all 4 of the body systems. Including response, effect and sporting examples. It also lists and defines all key terms linked to this topic. Kids loved this in their books for revision - Really good to get students to work in pairs testing each other. E.g. One student says the response they have to explain the effect it has on their body.
